Windows 8 商店的開(kāi)發(fā)者協(xié)議中存在一個(gè)漏洞，使得 OSI 認(rèn)可的各種許可證的開(kāi)源軟件可以入駐。

微軟計(jì)劃允許使用 OSI 開(kāi)源授權(quán)許可證的軟件通過(guò) Windows 8 的 AppStore 進(jìn)行發(fā)布。這條消息來(lái)自12月7日的文章： “The H” (發(fā)表在 PCWorld). The H 文章精心梳理了 微軟 Windows Store 的應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)協(xié)議 并發(fā)現(xiàn)該協(xié)議提及允許開(kāi)源軟件通過(guò)其進(jìn)行發(fā)布。

The H 原文說(shuō)到:

Apps that are released under an Open Source Initiative-recognised open source licence can, at least in the pre-release version of the Windows Store, be distributed according to terms that contradict Microsoft’s Standard Application License Terms if this is required by the open source licence. Among other things, the Standard Application License Terms prohibit the sharing of applications.

這將為開(kāi)源軟件開(kāi)發(fā)者避免各種許可證風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的糾紛，跟之前蘋果限制開(kāi)源軟件入駐蘋果 AppStore 一樣。

這不管是對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)者還是軟件用戶而言，都是一個(gè)好消息。
