會議背景及意義 /Background & Objective：

區塊鏈技術，在全球經濟、產業、學術各個領域都獲得了高度關注和認可。隨著區塊鏈技術的火熱，出現了大量的區塊鏈企業，也出現了大量不同的鏈。然而這些區塊鏈網絡之間的互通信問題，交易速度問題，隱私保護問題等成 為當前區塊鏈領域重要的技術研究方向。

如果說共識機制是區塊鏈的靈魂核心，那么對于區塊鏈特別是聯盟鏈及私鏈來看，跨鏈技術就是實現價值網絡的關鍵，它是把聯盟鏈從分散單獨的孤島中拯救出來的良藥，是區塊鏈向外拓展和連接的橋梁。

本次論壇旨在邀請國內外從事跨鏈技術領域研究的優秀區塊鏈企業及專家，探討區塊鏈互聯網, 跨鏈技術實現，全球區塊鏈技術兼容和互操作性標準，基于跨鏈的應用生態等話題。

Blockchain technology is well attracted and recognized by various fields of economy, industries and academy. The booming of blockchain technology comes out a large number of blockchain- related companies and a variety of chains. Therefore, a new aspect becomes a hotspot: how to achieve cross-chain?

Consensus mechanism is the core value for blockchain, however, cross-chain is the key for the value transfer through network, especially for private chains and consortium chains. Cross-chain connects different consortium chains which now exist separately. It also bridges current chains with external chains.

Under the guidance of Electronic Industry Standardization Institute of Ministry of Industry and In- formation Technology of China, this forum aims at inviting worldwide outstanding companies and experts who are engaged in the research on cross-chain of blockchain technology, discussing blockchain 3.0, cross-chain, compatibility and interoperability standard as well as cross-chain based ecosystem, etc.
