近日，知名LMS 及 e-learning軟件提供商Trivantis 集團的CEO 兼董事會主席Charles J. Beech 對外聲明，Trivantis集團原則上已經同意收購合作伙伴Flypaper Studio 公司。Trivantis 旗下軟件產品較多，包括學習培訓系統和學習管理系統等，旗艦產品 Lectora 是一款在線課件編寫軟件。Lectora還是一款能夠實現移動教育的課件制作工具， 能在智能手機、蘋果iPad、iPhone和Android 平臺上發布。它支持應用于移動終端的網絡 培訓，通過專用的模板配合簡單的一鍵式發布即可生成移動課件格式。基于熟知的PowerPoint，幫助你快速的發布高質量的e-learning 課件，Snap! by Lectora現已由elearning服務商河北朗識網絡科技有限公司www.longseer.net獨家代理。Flypaper Studio 是 一家技術型創業公司，提供軟件平臺，用戶無需專業知識，通過其平臺的控件和組件，就可以完成在線創建、編輯和分享各種Flash、視頻等內容。據悉創業公司Flypaper 已經融資 650 萬美元。該項聲明發布于Trivantis集團 2011年Lectora 用戶年會（Lectora User Conference）上。
