一、職位：資深Web應用服務器架構師

地點：北京

人數：若干名

職位描述：

1． 負責下一代網絡廣告平臺的后端應用服務器的架構設計和基礎模塊程序實施；

2． 制定軟件規格、開發框架和實現方案；

3． 建立規范的項目文檔、可以完成核心模塊的編寫，并指導程序設計員進行模塊設計、編碼；

4． 確定設計元素的分組以及主要模塊之間的接口；

5． 負責數據庫設計和優化；

6． 研究互聯網最新的應用和開發技術，引導技術發展方向，保證系統架構的先進性和穩定性。

任職資格：

1． 計算機等相關專業碩士及以上學歷；3年以上JAVA項目架構設計經驗；

2． 熟悉J2EE架構及J2EE服務器配置、部署和優化；

3． 熟練掌握MySQL種數據庫產品，熟悉數據庫性能優化；

4． 精通JAVA各種流行框架，對包括PHP在內的各種開源項目有深入了解；

5． 對Web架構的穩定性、可擴展性、安全性有深刻的理解與實踐；

6． 有帶領研發團隊的經驗，擅長架構設計，具有系統架構師任職經驗者優先；

二、職位：數字廣告技術平臺產品經理

地點：北京、上海

人數：若干名

職位描述：

1． 把握數字廣告技術平臺的發展規律和未來趨勢，分析市場和競品動態，積極從用戶、市場和技術發展中提煉和管理產品需求；

2． 負責產品規劃、設計和產品生命周期管理；撰寫產品需求文檔（PRD）、功能定義（Feature Spec）、用戶界面（UI layout），交互設計（UI Flow，Use Case，UI Resource）等詳細設計文檔；

3． 與其他職能團隊合作，協調設計、開發、測試、上線運營等活動，保證產品按時高質量的發布，確保產品的可行性，推動新產品、新功能的研發和推廣。

任職資格：

1． 本科或以上學歷，計算機、信息管理、營銷或相關專業；

2． 熟悉常規互聯網技術，以及互聯網廣告所需的基礎技術知識；熟悉互聯網廣告平臺，對互聯網廣告市場、廣告網絡、廣告產品有深刻理解和認識；

3． 三年以互聯網或軟件行業工作經驗，二年以上產品管理經驗；熟練掌握產品管理的流程，有相關成功案例；熟練使用相關工具如：PowerPoint，Visio，Axure RP等；

4． 責任心強，有良好的職業道德、溝通交流能力和快速學習能力；

三、職位：軟件研發高級工程師

地點：北京、上海

職位描述：

1. To analyze requirement, write design specification or program specification.

2. Design and Implement some algorithms according to program specifications.

3. Communicate and work closely with peer developers, guide and support junior developer.

任職資格：

1. MS/PD degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

2. 4-5 years' experience in C/C++.

3. Programming experience on Linux/Unix platform.

4. Knowledge of software development methodologies, design and implementation.

5. Knowledge of database.

6. Experience on load balancing and distributed system.

7. Passionate about performance, scalability, and high-availability.

8. Open source development experience is a plus.

四、職位：軟件研發工程師

地點：西安

人數：若干名

職位描述：

五、Hadoop and Data Mining Engineer
 
Job Responsibilities include:

1.Work with local and remote teams to analyze the business requirements, design, develop distributed analytic solution and products.

2.Individually contributing in a high performance development team to deliver the solutions/products within schedule and with good quality. 

3.Responsible for design, coding, unit testing, defect fix, etc.
 

Qualification for this position: 

1.At least 3 years software design and development experience.
 
2.Strong software development and programming skills Familiar with Linux (Redhat & Debian). 

3.Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE/Web application programming.

4.Familiar with Python, Perl and Shell script programming. 

5.Familiar with analytic algorithm (Data mining and machine learning) and distributed programming. 

6.Has strong interest for the new technologies and able to pick up quickly. 

7.Good cross-team communication skill and ability to drive to close. 

8.Experience with agile development is a plus. 

9.Open Source development experience is a plus. 

10.Hadoop experience is a strong plus. 

11.Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates) Prefer MS/PhD in computer science.
